It's cultural and leadership quality getting down day by day in biologics manufacturing. Need to improve culture and leadership a lot. Attrition rate is high and day by day it's increasing because of current leadership and their vision.

Company won’t encourage the hard workers only encourages spy workers. The worst thing was the Head of the Department was also believing that blindly and questioning to the people in fact this was happened to me that’s why I resigned my job.

Great work life balance. Supportive seniors. Full time tea and coffee with evening snacks. Healthy Lunch offered at reasonable price but sometimes lacks variety otherwise great.

Dislikes

Learning and development opportunities are highly restricted. Annual salary increment and incentives are less. Some departments has high workload and some are relatively relaxed.
