Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please do not join. HR will not guide you and you will feel HR is scammer unprofessional, they will not provide stay, if promised also they will denie at end moment. For some candidates at end moment they will tell now no job opening. Payroll team is also unprofessional they will not inform salary deduction in month of January and February. They will not ask which tax regime you want to select, they will select by their own. They will not take proper induction on company policy. If HR ask for buy back your notice period don't do it they will not give money and if you ask they will say now their are not job opening. Please look for other job offer.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please don't get trap here. Especially biology reagent generation. No project, no manager bothers about business ,profit. They just want to pass the time and get lakhs of money per month. Talent acquisition team has done terrible mistake by taking fresh phd, post doc at high salary. They are struggling to survive in industry culture. All They above manager have some back up but I feel pity for p 0 people who starts their career. They can't say their experience outside because it's waste. When I was in syngene I had no time eat, pass nature's call but here it is completely different now all manager Especially fresh from phd postdoc give useless work to their reportees, repeat, repeat finally you only feel to manipulate to satisfy manager. Manager lunch time 2 hr,morning coffee time 2hr,evening coffee time 2hrs. Writing proposal by reading thermo protocol just think if I am at the client position definitely reject the proposal. No one have prior experience and unfit to get business. All industry ppl almost left. If you want spoil and enjoy your life as manager join aragen. Management also don't know because they don't have CRO experience head for biology. If u ask profits then russia ukraine war,Taiwan war,Israel war, zomato swiggy. For one year it's fine for 3 years same reason it's utter waste. Fresh phd people have ego which doesn't allow the reportees to work with full freedom. Full of micromanagement. I was under industrial experience person for 2.6years. Due to politics and ego They plan to remove my boss and put me under fresh phd . I spent only 45 days then resigned and like me many left and about leave. Department position is very bad. No business, no pressure on manager,if pressured They just make proposal by reading article and thermo manual which makes the client feel this person doesn't have experience ,now his job is done. But with this useless proposal BD has to die to get business. Initially for 2 .6 years I had lot of work and had very good team but all who have learn from me left syngene,Canada,Aurigene etc. Management has spent huge money and given good infrastructure but in the hands of person who don't know to work. Example FACS machine lying for 2years,cat centrifuge ,wave bag, 4 crore incubator nothing is been used. Worst place to join for career oriented people. To time pass and to get 20 lakhs per annum just by sitting simply ,watching moving ,reading news, reels, chit chat for Manager level best place to join. This is a sinking ship and I resigned just hardly have 5 days for my last day. I really regret for joining here. Management is good but they don't know who is suitable for this buiness. I feel very pity for the investor,Management, junior people who joined recently. Better they can give the entire facility to some client which will fetch them good money. The current infrastructure in reagent generation can make more than 50 crores business due to lack of knowledge and awareness Management didn't get 1 % as return on investment. Only God and time must say this Department. I will never come back again good bye.
