The exploitation in terms of compensation and botched appraisal is pathetic. For a single position appraisal ranges from 3% to 20%. Doesn't it question the hiring criteria for the company?

Excellent place for freshers to learn. Most importantly Company prioritises SAFETY above everything. Seniors are pretty much helpful.

For entry levels, salary should be little higher. Too much politics in management.

There is a lot of politics and salary is not upto mark. Paid lesser than market value, career growth is slow. Students from college got bored through campus recruitment has bond to sign.
