Support of my director Mr.Jimmy. he is very supportive and good person.

Dislikes

Timing issue there are no confirm outtime. Internal politics between all 5 directors is disturbing the work environment. Hiring for other work and giving different work. Work profile issues.

There are no work life only pulling legs and demotivate the employees (specially the staff employees)

Nothing to like.CANT GIVE ZERO THATS WHY GIVING 1 POINT. BUT A TOTAL ZERO FOR THIS COMPANY. Work culture is big Zero. No policies for employees. Four people in the management and they are a bunch of arrogant liars.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
