Not good hike No hike on promotions No chance of change in work once you tagged with a client No 360 degree feed back culture Terrible bench policy. For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors. Synechron appreciate and consider person who work hard and is sincere with work and attitude also management is also good. And never let their key resources to leave company. Here work life balance is good.

At some point hike get decreased and during appraisal cycle project are completed and no task in hand..so less hike expected, but that's fine.
