Not growth for experience recruiter. Long working hours 9.30hrs. No Cabs for males. Toxic colleagues The leaders they are like yamraj sitting on our heads just looking for submission nothing else they won't even bother about other things.

Politics, 24/7 spying - activities calls notes conversations everything , management only job is to pressurise and torture mentally and throw us out by disrespecting daily, submissions target, Worst Indian managers, extending timings, health issues, unequal job opportunity, you are not supposed to utter a single word, etc., thousand things
