too much internal politics and micro management. There is no HR in Synamedia, I mean the HR is very weak.

Poor leadership qualities. Literally nobody motivates & nobody cares. Lack of work throughout the org has made situation worsen further. Promotions are given without any logic. Ppl sitting idle get promoted whereas critical ppl working hard delivering things gets nothing. No learning opportunities as no way you can go further in career here.
