Process wise good, trainers are good, can be A good platform for freshers. Not at all good from experienced candidates.

Dislikes

Managers will definately manage their team to make sure they work at any cost, team leaders will won't support the team member. No team lead will take care of the tema member health, at any situation they won't compromise on work. Additionally, promotions are never prompt. 1 situation I would like to mention here is Few of us were promoted to a premium que through a official IJP The y made us work to clear the backlog which were created by the wave 1, and later the client took back the premium que which we use to called WPD, for 6 months we all loved to p1 que which we already worked there and promoted and the teamlead, a manager and a site manager don't know about the project for 6 months. After 6 months we understood the reality that the management don't want to let us know that the client don't want to start this and we felt bad about the cheating and cheap dramas were made by the management and we left the organisation. As per my experience Sykes is a great company, but some internal politics are influencing the growth opportunities i would say this culture has to be vanished out and Rest things amazing benefits .
