Swiggy is a wonderful organization and people who working since 2022 were enrolled as a onrole employee and they have all the benefits. but, New employees they hired as a third party employees , who treat them as a wagers in any mode of work. There is no growth or career support for those employees.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, skill decelopment, promotions and at all and even no work satisfaction. Our management really appreciate to replace our designation name as FR+TC which is directly equal to FM

Very pathetic experience, They held intervuew in noida on 11th feb i reached there at 12:30 and submit cv My first round of interview done at 5pm , and they ask me to wait there And i was there till 7:30 pm , and then they told me interview will be held online next day aur day after tomorrow, Very poor experience, very bad management specially HR team, they provide number of priyanka she also not responding , no sitting place for candidate we standing out there dark store for , 7hours , very very poor place to go , interviewer saw me in coat pant and said that there is not AC for store manager how will you survive ,...Read More

I can’t even think of where to start. There’s no accountability, no planning, and no set processes in place. Everything is ad hoc and chaotic. Work-life balance is non-existent—you’re expected to take work calls even on weekends. You’re often asked to make PPTs late into the night over the weekend because some leader decided to meetwith the partner at the last minute. What’s astonishing is the lack of an SOP or framework for promotions. Half-yearly targets are given in July because no one bothered to share the KPIs on time. This happens because ratings and promotions are entirely subjective and perception-driven. There’s no bell curve, and no performance scores are published to help you benchmark yourself against your peers. The HR team is weak and heavily influenced by business leaders. If your manager dislikes you and decides to put you on a PIP, don’t expect HR to be impartial or allow you to put your case forward—this is not the place for that. The attrition rate is at an all-time high, and the organization doesn’t bother filling vacant positions for months.
