The people of the company are great. Everywhere you'll find good people. The company doesn't follow any hierarchy makes it easier to talk with senior management. The reimbursements gets approved without any hassle Great company for first job experience

The team doesn't have any discussions on which they can actually improve They just follow the central team's guidelines and follow it blindly There is not growth potential and learnings at the job. The job can be done by a 10th pass kid as well Whatever mode is there to make learnings possible there is no time to make it usable. The work is being dumped upon like a garbage truck and every deadline is on the very same day. Appraisals and promotions are useless. Everybody's gonna get a rating of 3 only. IJP is just a formality, the fixed candidates are there already Ever since IPO was launched this has only become a downhill experience for us Employee's dignity is always at a question.
