It's swiggy basically and the company is better. Job security is far more better than the other company. Work culture, company culture and skill development totally depends in which team we're working. Suggestions will be that try to develop better skills and then join in those positions because you'll be having better team and educated people to work with. It's a target based job. The real issue arises that who is your reporting manager and how it works between you two. If you're joining on contract and your manager doesn't like you then your contract will end by putting you PIP even when your other team mates are performing worst then you. In FM you'll not develop any skills apart from Google Sheets and MS Excel and to somewhat extent your communication skills in Hindi. If you're experienced in professional environment then you'll regret by joining this job because there is Zero Professionalism here.
