It's a worst & company to work. I only get an experience in past 6 years but never get a satisfied salary or increament. Company management always prefer those who says yes in everything. Favouritism & Partiality always seems. Never fixed with location in past 6 years. Traveling a lot but never get an Appreciation. Use your skill & flexibility for company growth. There are Lack of Experience people in sales. So inexperienced People Cannot fit to the Company Culture. Lack of Professionalism is Harmful to the company growth.

Work Details

The Job is quite interesting! I struggled a lot in the beginning to end but it comes back with an opportunity. Started to work at Rajasthan & then got transferred to Ahmedabad,Gujarat then come to Surat & finally settled at Vapi

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to New joinees.
