Zero job security, yes if you want money for short term,you can join but due to the top level work load pressure & politics,they will fire you instantly. Negative work culture, everyone searching new job. All policies are just a show off for audit purpose only, no adherence on ground floor. Yes you can self skilled up due to the high pressure,they will not provide any training and also not support for the same. Salary increment depends on your manager but manager frequently change due to zero job security so don't think much. They don't care about your life whatever you are facing but you have to come office in night also without any excuse,no work-life balance....Read More
