Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Production:
• Assist in production planning and scheduling.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Operate and maintain cable manufacturing equipment.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the production process.
• Identify and report quality defects.
• Perform testing and analysis on cable samples.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• R&D:
• Assist in research and development projects related to cable design and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in cable technology.
• Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance on cable manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement repairs.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records.

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-5 years of experience in cable manufacturing (preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of basic engineering principles.
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 1 manufacturing environment.
