Job Title: Business Development & Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

Summary/Overview:
Svarn Herbal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as
a Business Development & Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager. This position offers
an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in the nutraceuticals and natural
wellness industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and implementing impactful marketing strategies to
promote our diverse range of products, including natural extracts, oils, carotenoids, and algal-
based omega-3 fatty acids.
This role requires a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, exceptional
communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality solutions in the health and
wellness sector.
Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Business Development:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
o Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure strategic business partnerships.
o Explore and penetrate new markets and distribution channels.
o Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
2. Sales:
o Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
o Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
o Provide in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
o Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues with professionalism.
o Maintain detailed and accurate sales records, ensuring timely reporting.
3. Marketing:
o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
o Manage the company's digital presence, including social media platforms and website content.
o Design and create impactful marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product presentations.
o Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
o Support brand-building efforts and contribute to the positioning of Svarn Herbal as an industry leader.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
o MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
2. Experience:
o For Executive Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the FMCG , Nutraceutical or wellness industry.
3. Skills:
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
o Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities..
o Sound knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
o An understanding of nutraceuticals, natural extracts, and wellness product
markets is a significant advantage.
o Fluency in local language and English.
Compensation:
Salary range: ₹ 30,000 to ₹ 50,000 per month (depending on experience and
qualifications).
