Role & responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Compliance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Treasury and Cash Management.
• Internal Controls and Risk Management.
• Tax Planning and Compliance.
• Team Leadership and Development.
• Liaison and Stakeholder Management

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Proven track record in a manufacturing environment with experience in a corporate office setting.
• Experience working with companies with a turnover of not less than INR 500 Crore.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
