- Post graduate with minimum ten year s experience of working in any University/Large educational group/organization to manage finance, accounts and audit
- Desirable CA with CISA qualified or equivalent attainments/MBA(Finance) or similar
- Highly accomplished & focused Professional Accountant with 15+ years of experience
- Competencies in strategic financial planning and operations management
- Proficient at Financial Statement Reporting, preparing strategy, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
- Strong analytical & organizational abilities with proficiency in formulating accounting systems, building strong internal controls & processes
- Experience in risk management, identifying risks and opportunities and preparation of mitigation plan
- Experience in leading a team of varied cultures ,motivating and team management .
