If the company supported us by providing at least half or 1/3 of our salaries even though we are in the tloa phase, it would have been of great support. Most of the employees have been with this company for more than 10years. And all of a sudden they are out of Sutherland, and is the management aware whether they have got other jobs? Though management addresses our issues, I don't think they are being resolved. If employee continues to work continuously in one process for more than 18months, there should be a change in the process so that employees would be aware of other processes.

Before covid 19 we got a full support after this no support at all we do understand but people like us whose family is depended on one person income and suddenly they ask him to stop work it will be a big problem bot only me most of them are suffering financially. Otherwise i always tell my friends and families that sutherland is good place to work

We can learn alot of things as a fresher and grow our skills. Professionally it's very high on employee satisfaction and job security. Friendly environment and we can take Intative on various fronts. It depends how much to grasp and learn to grow in it.It gives you all options.

The compensation part doesn't satisfy the experience people after 2-3 years working in it.
