Everything. Work culture, the people, management everything is so bad, it directly impacts your mental health. They won’t give you leave even though you have 22 leaves/year, if there is any work, they won’t reply you on time and expect everything to be done in no time. They prefer quantity over quality. They call there brand mindful, do they even know the meaning of mindfulness? They launch collection everything every week and call there brand sustainable and mindful. If you really care about nature and earth you would think thrice before taking such steps. They call there employee family, that’s a literal red flag In any company, they don’t care about you, just using you.
