Continuously evaluate the websites user journey, identifying pain points and areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve site navigation, product discovery, and overall user satisfaction.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform website updates and improvements.
Liaise with the creative, performance marketing, and development teams to ensure that the website aligns with marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to resolve any website-related issues impacting customer experience.
Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and heat mapping tools.
Prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, customer behavior) and provide recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Assist in the management of e-commerce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
Coordinate project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure stakeholders are informed about progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in product management or e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify.
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, website optimization, and conversion rate best practices.
Experience working with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for improving online user experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with A/B testing, website personalization, and optimization tools.
Experience with Shopify theme customization, liquid coding, or third-party app integrations.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads and SEO.
Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working with developers and designers.
