Salary on time. Work life balance Fixed work hours. Hr and CEO ,management is helpful. Overall organisation is good but my experience is not good with IT team.

Dislikes

Don't join this company as a software developer because there is internal team issue and lot of team politics. Colleagues and work environment is not good very toxic environment. If you join this company as a software developer you will lost your mental health because ,there is female colleagues they have very rude behavior and inappropriate behaviour.they always try to make your daily job though while working and also try to manipulate you. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
