There is no heavy workload imposed on the worker. If the worker has any problem, the company supports him.

If any employee needs emergency money then HR department takes a lot of time to approve the loan 😔😔The company should give increment to the employees every year. Due to increment after 2 years the morale of the workers falls.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
