Working culture was average. The Dean and CEO are well qualified with huge experience in academics. Corporate way of working. Management policies are absolutely poor. No SOPs at all.

Very poor or no existence of HR policies. The Chairman has fake ideas and vision. Lots of politics and favouritism. No growth at all. Salary benefits poor.
