Company administration should review their old manager, why new joiners don't stay long in organization first of all. Abusive contractors demotivating bosses. If you think you can stay in Company 16 hours - 24 hours only then you consider this Company for joining. They will give you multiple responsibilities without giving you resources (4M). Unethical favouritsm, politics and even it is not safe to work there. I will recommend to discuss with ex employees before joining. Your boss will not listen to you the whole day but after 6pm they will start meetings and ask you about dispatches even after knowing either Machine was not working or Raw material is not available. Even after 100% dedication you will not going to get boss satisfaction. There is no standard at all, everywhere just jugaad. You will surely regret joining this organization if you are prefer efficiency over overtime....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
