There is nothing good about this company.

Dislikes

*everybody talking about safety in this company but honestly there are many potential and fatal hazards available within the operations. *Extreme pressure of production target achievement on the stake of safety and long hours of duty. *If you are accepting offer letter from Surin, you are going to consider this as biggest mistake ofyour life. Before signing in Surin enquire the existing employees for the better understanding. *Old/Senior management is there to blame you not for the support. Favouritism at its crest. *24 hours of duty/sleepless nights, worst culture i have ever seen. *forget your family if you are accepting offer letter. Your married life is at risk. *From top to bottom people are abusive and involved in unethical practices. *even on Sundays early morning to midnight your boss will call you without any shame and even on festivals and on Sundays management will ask you to come to work....Read More
