1. Overall there is no new client, basically they are into bank audit. If u want to be in banking sector Bank Audit will give you a good concept. 2. Behavior of top management is good. 3. Work pressure is not much unless you are into Travel based audit.

1. no salary hike. 2. monotonous work. 3. Behavior of colleague is not good. 4. hr policy is worse .

Lack of Job security - If a client is lost, team members are penalized by a cut in increment and variable pay , Lack of transparency for appraisal & Performance linked incentive - No discussion is made by Partner, Lack of space at work particularly in the office (e.g. no usage of mobile phone etc;">.)
