I think Management are worst because they don't know anything in lower management. Doesn't know how keep there own word. They should help lower management so it can improve.

1. Coward and ill mannered top management. 2. Under qualified seniors. They are there only because they didnt get any other job when they were young since they cant speak proper english and are illliterate. 3. Too much favouritism. 4. Too much interferece in personal life. 5. Cant take loo breaks often even if you have to. They keepa count. 6. Cant go to canteen often. If you go you can stay for more than 10 mins. 7. Firstly only one manager who is on the same position for more than 10 years. It's a hittler world you will experience. No growth. Only gujarati quotas get the hike and increase in position. Overall you will again experience the school life. No professionalism at all. And if you think HR will help you if wanted to report the behavior of Manger. You yourself will be in trouble.
