1. Coward and ill mannered top management. 2. Under qualified seniors. They are there only because they didnt get any other job when they were young since they cant speak proper english and are illliterate. 3. Too much favouritism. 4. Too much interferece in personal life. 5. Cant take loo breaks often even if you have to. They keepa count. 6. Cant go to canteen often. If you go you can stay for more than 10 mins. 7. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
