The HR function in ReNew found unapproachable and unresponsive. The exit process, in particular, has been frustratingly lengthy and cumbersome, despite being online through the e-portal. The biggest issue is that function heads rarely respond or provide approval for NOC in a timely manner, requiring us to follow up with them repeatedly over the phone to check the portal and grant approval. They still says so...and they are lying openly you can read that in HR's face expression ( who by mistake had its camera on) .
