For beginners and freshers it provides a good platform to learn all aspects of the trade. Teammates were good as all were willing to improve for the better. They look for people who are below average or average at best.

Dislikes

Top Management is biased and scared to take bold steps for improvement. Compensation is weak. Work culture is unprofessional. Training is given based on partiality. Head of dept of Quality is especially small minded and does not encourage subordinates to do good work and is hindersom e. Ensures all managers in QC leave within 1year. Teammates are well.by them i always achieve my target.training must minimum 1months& always on job coaching.My job secured due to my performance.Salary good.Travelling allowance as per policy.Good rapport with senors that's why a good environment always to me.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
