Here the subordinates are so much supportive and friendly in nature. Overall my experience is good in Supertech. Appraisals are fair and you will get a good salary hike here and a bonus every year. Generally, I have 5 companies which I show sololy. Many times when I stuck in any glitch no one is available there to help but if you think about it it's seems weird but on the other side it's good to grooming and learning.

Only salary comes on time. This is the only plus point.

No Trainings, No Learnings, No Work life balance. There are multiple whatsapp groups (more than 50 at my time) and I hate One message "Good Morning.... Update !!!" in the every morning around 6:30 AM. No body needs to set a alarm to wake up.
