In this company I am feeling very well. I can balance our official and personal life. Also I am getting a good salary so no need to much worry. Every thing is fantastic , timings for all staff and management 10 am to 7 pm no reason to late sitting. Thanks Roshan Kumar jha

Only salary comes on time. This is the only plus point.

No Trainings, No Learnings, No Work life balance. There are multiple whatsapp groups (more than 50 at my time) and I hate One message "Good Morning.... Update !!!" in the every morning around 6:30 AM. No body needs to set a alarm to wake up.

The only thing I like about this company is to have good areas to learn, enhance your skills.

Top management is regularly involved in tiny things which doesn't even matter. Unnecessary pressure would be created by top management whether you are working on your own or not. Higher management will barely appreciate your efforts within the job. Each silly amount , material or any other requirement of project would be required tobe approved by top management only whether your work is being impacted at site or not.
