I even don't wish to remind the duration I invested in the restructuring & growth of their closed division of Fall Protection Equipments. In the work span of 18 months, I worked hard morning till midnight and generated Sales Figure worth 6Cr whereas before my joining, the Annual Sales Figure of previous F.Y. was only 16 Lakhs. I restructured the entire production & testing facility and team to improve & develop the high quality products and also developed a decent Distribution Channel Network in Domestic & International market, but end of the day, the Top Management overruled the payment of my Sales Incentive of INR 1.80 Lakhs inspite of generating the Sales worth 6Cr without any support of Top Management. The Top Management overruled their written confirmation of releasing the Sales Incentive, and started humiliating me which ultimately putting me to get back to secure a new job. After my resignation, they misused my official E-mail ID for next 1 year and created conspiracy against me. All my colleagues & team-mates (from my ex-organization), whom I had given the opportunity in Superhouse, were also involved in those conspiratory activities of the Management. They are also very conservative and don't allow specifically the celebrations like Vishwakarma Pooja, Diwali Poojan at workplace....Read More
