They were issued a covid-pass and in our factory they gives us a mask or hand gloves daily and also we maintain social distance . When we entered in our factory they sanitize us and our vehicle also.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
