You can develop and learn new skills. No restrictions on them

Dislikes

Work life Balance is terrible. In 8 hrs of job I was working 12 hrs, because they keep on taking calls and meetings, and they don't count it on your job time, you have to give your personal time for the client calls and work meetings. Even if they teach you some new skill they want you to give your personal time.

There is no life balance , no career growth. Inner politics is very high. Manager is not supporting. Salary is very less and work load is very high. They change the shift timings without any prior notice. Leave system is very bad. An employee can't take leave if he/she is unwell. Leave policy is only formality there.

Dislikes

I only like there is that fix salary date 7th of every month. There is totally wastage of skills and valuable time
