Use abusing language by MD and left the new persons with in 6 months. Salary issues.

There are very little amount has paid to us during Covid - 19 by our company. After lock down company will deduct 30% of salary also. Due to this we have take the decision for left the company.

Work Details

Generally, As per our designation & design and development activity my work is slightly challenging. I do our work as per timeline plan and if any problem occur during development our boss support us. I feel good in this company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
