Poor management. Salary gets deducted every month and HR or any business team won’t pay attention to employee concern. It takes months and months to resolve operations issue at store level and support from manager and management team. Before joining Reliance Retail company one must think decade times.

Too much of Micromanagement and even at area manager level you are not allowed to take small decisions like approving leave of sale staff, SA hiring, insight on P&L of your stores. You are treated like a slave and expected to work 24*7 and HR team is just a puppet and don't have any impact on ground. I resigned sunglass hut because of pathetic and unsupportive management, work culture is not good at all , and mentally it will affect your health. Deepak mangala who is a brand head is the biggest reason for leaving this company.he is just pathetic person and arrogant human being.he never ever supports and demotivate he always criticise and torture us and does show off in zoom call with all managers as though he is their to support us , he had resigned thrice from company and joined back again to torture us he's the worst person ever worked with him. Pls don't join sunglass hut, he has made our life miserable he had cancelled all the benefits which was supposed to get from company to all employees...Read More
