I resigned because of pathetic and unsupportive management, work culture is not good at all , and mentally it will affect your health. Mr Deepak who is a brand head is the biggest reason for leaving this company.he is just pathetic and arrogant human being. His people management skills are just zero and he talks so much about ethicswhich I don’t think he has.He treats all Managers badly and ask them to work on week off & leaves. PATHETIC WORK CULTURE In fact if you will inform HR about this then also nothing will work out , they are silent spectators. Every now and then staffs and Managers leave the company because of the management and the brand head policy. Big NO to this nonsense management. Think before you Join this company and group....Read More
