Sir , team mates are good to some extent. Job security and training are very good. Appraisal is good. I did not get promotion from grade 7 to 8 for the last 13 years. Now I have resigned my job. I have only 1 year and 4 months remaining service. I have completed 30 years and 4 months service. Even I did not get 30 YEAR SERIVE AWARD ON 22.03.2022 even though I have completed 30 years service on 12/6/2021, becuase I have resigned.. Work environment is good . Now am 57 years of age. If I get a chance to work in SUNDARAM FINANCE AGAIN as CASHIER please consider me even atleast as a contract employee. My humble request. I have done cashier job, back end job, deposit work, helping All Kerala branch cashiers for all cash related job when they have doubts. Also Do Know training given for branch accountants during 2012 for entire kerala cashiers. Morethan 20 years worked as cashier and during all these days I have taken care branch ineternal audit also. All 20 years branch get very good audit rating except one occasion which is good rating. All depositors are appreciating our company and me also for giving deposit service at Trivandrum...Read More
