The thing which I liked is lost, the USP of Sundaram is gone, no value for talent, only favourism works here. The atmosphere has worsened in the last 4 years and is going to be worse in the coming days too.

Favourism, no value of talent, no motivations, very late promotions and miniscule salary hikes

Job security, family based environment and sundaram values that existed in past.

Transfer to other deparments without discussion, slow promotions, Employee unfriendly salary structures, NO time for family.

...and criteria it is very hard to get the bussiness from the dealer and customer. No work life balance, very low salary, no uprisal no fuel rebrusment nothing. worst days that we spent in the company.

Low salary. less job satisfaction. No job security. no uprisal. Very poor uneducated branch manager seems to be working like in tabela (diary farm)
