Work culture is very much bad, railway stations , garden, on road meeting, unnecessary stock pushing, semi stockiest visit, Groupism, favoratism, politics, humiliation in front of juniors.. In cycle meeting.. Meeting till 3.am to fill format. This happens in every cycle meeting.. Every time insult.. Which leads to health issues... If you comes from other company they will do politics with you and they kick you out. They doesn't care about you they will transfer you where you can't work I have suffered same situation. As per me first all senior manager who is working more than 10years same place let them transfer somewhere else so politics will be not there.
