Likes

Good Work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is very transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and a relaxing area foe chilling. Companies policies ate very good, appraisals are fair and they give fair opportunity for geowth in career.

Dislikes

Work culture, open door policy for discussion on any issue direct with HOD's, supportive HR and Admin Team, policies are built considering the benefit of employees as well as company.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting!! I learnt everything on the job. I git a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
