(5) The company's reported 11% growth appears misleading, influenced by workforce reductions across departments. Senior employees receive preferential treatment despite poor performance. (6) Canteen facilities are subpar, and food quality is unsatisfactory. (7) Job roles lack clear definition, causing confusion. (8) Medical benefits are inadequate, covering only Rs.3,00,000 for oneself, spouse, and up to two children. Additionally, 20% of treatment costs must be borne by the employee.
