Things are very scarce that I liked about the company.

Dislikes

The workculture is the worst in the company. The HR Head Susmita Banerjee is the all in all decision maker over there irrespective of justification. During my days at Assam once I dismissed two security guards for consuming alchohol on duty & mailed the same to the concerned person's. In turn the agency owner threatened my admin executive over phone...I mailed the recording of that conversation to all the heads of the company but no steps got taken against him...rather based on his statement a sudden audit took place on my store & false report was shown .....Read More

An unprofessional company who removed a entire department (visual merchandise team of 10person) with half an hour notice. Don't have any work culture & employee job security.
