I like about this company is culture, unity, teamwork and management.... The working hours are also good.... But job security is not.....

Dislikes

Compensation, benefits, bonus and all other things... These things are not so up to the mark... No job security , No bonus, No fixed salary... U have to just earn by own... Company will never give u fixed salary.... Policies are not good...In month u can earn only 10-12 k .... That's it...

My total work at strobe Is not so good.... Yes there is one thing which I like about this company is good culture, teamwork, unity ..... Thats it. I learnt so many things from my staff...My TL and my other senior fellows....But my experience is bad....
