This is my first company which is average with respect to technologies and very less compensated pays and strict procedures which should be avoided as its financially not stabilized company

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No proper management, has lead to gradual decrease in growth

Salary - Bad
Job security - Poor
Company culture - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

I have learned a lot there as there is a lot of work to be done with few people

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
