Company's ambition is good but working style is very very bad. Company not provide product as per targets , higher employee not serious about work and not pick call , Company's CEO Planing and higher Employees planning in both very very different . Means In month start planing and next 10 days planning very baad . Every day company d ecide planning about business and company not available Product . Every day this problem face Company change Distributor policy more time in a month. Company's HR department Work As per RMs not work as per company .Means company owner and CEO not looking in System what work in a company higher Employees.
