Very fast paced environment. Need to learn quicker and deliver projects.

Dislikes

Expectations are way far from reality. Example: If ETA given by developers is 7 days to develop some project, management expects it in 2 days. They expect you to work on bugs in weekends and develop features in weekdays. Need to work 6 days a week. Management keeps personal grudge with employees. Micromanagement. Located far from city and the list goes on...
