Request job seekers not to join this company as there is no job security and no scope of growth in future. Also , there is no clarity on job descriptions provided. Company do not care about your future and does not have a good vibes atmosphere.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
