Good to stay and do as own. Company rules and regulations are ok. Flexi time and large bandwidth of technological leadership. They are market leader in power conversion, analog and MCU. So good brand value.

Dislikes

Poor leadership team and growth opportunity in India. 4-5 years is good to stay and understand the technical leadership side in power management ICs. Limited opportunity in India as EU decision making team posses limited interest to develop Indian team. Not much roadmap to grow in design ecosystems. Overall good company to grow in limited time.

Nothing except its infrastructure and all. They can give you one time compensation but in annual hike they will make you lower salaried ones.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. I can't say about other groups but there are a few people in one group ADG, who are worst in nature and don't know how to speek with the employees. Even though you are working day in day out you will feel pressurized all the time from their side. There demands are unrealistic which no one can fulfil every employee has the same issue. They are treating employees labours not resources and this is very bad for an organisation. People of ST does not have more lucrative options in NCR that's why they are serving here I think....Read More

Great infrastructure like a MNC Good insurance policies Great technical senior staff to work with. Company revenue projections are good. Good transport coverage. Best thing about ST nowadays, Management listens to employee upto certain extent when it comes to adapt new change.

Dislikes

Pay scale not as per mnc except at the time of hiring. Work life imbalance. Cafeteria food is getting worse day by day. No support for WFH. Do not emphasize for team building. Bit old school work culture (sir) No extra perks on quarterly growth or on project completion.
